Topcret offers written guarantee for the quality of all the products it installs in all your works. We use top-quality materials. Microcemento® is manufactured in our own laboratories and is applied by our highly-trained staff, keeping up quality standards.

This exclusive program includes Zero Cost Guarantee and Rework Insurance.

Zero Cost Guarantee:

Through our Zero Cost Guarantee and with the terms and conditions stated in the Guarantee & Insurance Program®, Topcret is the only company issuing written guarantee that Microcemento® will be installed without any materials or manufacturing faults. Topcret undertakes, in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the Guarantee & Insurance Program®, to repair or replace any faulty material free of charge.

Rework Insurance:

Through our Rework Insurance coverage and in accordance with our Guarantee & Insurance Program ®, our clients are entitled to a lifelong bonus to make changes in their works when they so wish, even if there is no fault or damage, such as changing colors on the surface installed.

To receive the benefits awarded by Guarantee & Insurance Program® clients must present the payment document stating the works done by Topcret Tecnología en revestimientos S.L. or by any of its franchisees. Additionally, said document must be duly sealed and approved by Topcret Tecnología en revestimientos S.L.
